An extensive map system with corresponding types of Pokémon will appear in different environments, where players can adventure anywhere and catch the Pokémon they want with a total of more than 300 different types. To complete the plot of the game, you will not spend too much time, but to catch all Pokémon and complete Pokedex, the opposite. During the game, players will gradually reveal secrets hidden in the vast Alola region, eventually encountering the legendary Pokémon, a Cosmog named Nebby, with the ability to use the power of light. To complete the assigned tasks, players must adventure through the islands, confront fierce Pokémon, and confront the Skull minions. Here the player encounters and rescues Lillie, a resident of the island, and so is given to a Pokémon by a local Pokémon professor, Kukui, who begins, and from here, new missions start. In the game, the player plays a young man from the Kanto region who is with his mother to settle on Melemele Island in Alola. The game takes place on a tropical archipelago called Alola, inspired by beautiful Hawaii with its typical beaches and trees. There is also a premium version that includes the two versions combined. The content and the name are somewhat opposite, and this time it is called Pokémon Ultra Moon. Pokémon Ultra Sun was officially released by Nintendo on November 17, 2017, exclusively for 3DS consoles, similar to other Pokémon generations that usually release two versions in parallel with a slight change in terms of storyline. Unlike what happens in the usual third version, these were two new versions that upgraded the original games. For those of you who are a long-time fan of the Pokémon game series, no one will ever feel strange about the name Pokémon Ultra Sun, which is also a part of the seventh generation of this long-standing series. It also added a lot of new mechanics and legendary pokémon. Not only these made the pacing of the game faster, but they also changed the main story a little. But then, why were they upgraded? Ultra versionsĪ year after the original release, they released upgraded versions called Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Not To mention there’s a ton of new cool pokémon in here. They added different island challenges, legendary creatures that are part of the Alolan folklore, and much more. One of the most interesting things about these titles, and what set them apart from all the other Pokémon games is that they changed one key mechanic: there are no longer gyms, Set in the tropical, and very Hawaiian, Alola Region, Pokemon Sun & Moon were a different take for the main Pokémon series. But keeping in mind they upgraded these titles literally a year after they released, we have to check out what happened, So, let's talk about it. Game Freak released 8 main-series Pokémon games, and today we'll talk about Pokémon Sun and Moon.

And since it was a really successful console, it's natural that many of the most popular franchises more than a couple games for the portable console. The 3DS was Nintendo's lifesaver for years after the Wii U completely slopped out. The wheel may not have been reinvented in Pokémon Sun and Moon, but I feel the better graphics, more streamlined menus, and the tighter battle system make this a much better experience. I think as well as the battle, the overall gameplay is much more refined. There are also these new Z moves that you can use once in a battle.
The battles are much easier to do and the way the game gives you more information about what your attacks do is great and welcome addition. Of course, a huge part of Pokémon games is the battles and the battles in Pokémon Sun and Moon feel great. The new Pokémon are great and the way that they fit in with the setting gets you even more invested in the game and makes you really want to catch them all. The new starter Pokémon are great and while most people seem to love Litten, I must admit that I am a Rowlett man myself. Honestly, I got just as much of a kick out of seeing these new versions of classic Pokémon as I did the new ones. They have done a great job in giving some of the older Pokémon like Grimer and Exeggutor have been given an Alola makeover to make them fit in with the new setting. Of course, a new Pokémon game is going to bring with it a whole host of new Pokémon, but before I get to that I want to talk about some of the old classics. You will also want to explore to see what other secrets this region has. The larger world that you have to explore keeps you on your toes and while you will be going out and looking for items and battles so that you can grind. This whole region feels like it is alive and there are very few places that are just empty space.
The Alola Region that you will be exploring is the richest and most fleshed out of any Pokémon game that I have played.
